Howes' plays are crafted to pick apart the best man-to-man defenses on your schedule!
Offensive Series
Howes begins with his "Stay" secondary break series and shows you multiple actions that your team can run within the series. During this segment, Howes details ways he adapts his 5-on-0 segment to avoid players developing any bad habits to instead build consistent habits that translate to games.
The next series is the "Heat" series, which focuses on creating a match-up for your best slasher isolated on the left side to use their strong hand. Howes moves through common defensive adjustments and how to counter these changes in scheme.
Howes covers three different sets and shares up to 5 plays out of each set.
Offensive Tactics
Throughout the video, Howes covers various set plays and actions that can be run in each of his series to take advantage of the weakness of the defense your team is facing. You'll see flex screens, stagger screens, pin screens, ball screens and more that aim generate scenarios where the opposing team's worst defender is put in a pressure position.
